Privacy Statement

I am very concerned about your privacy. I understand that the information on the Emergency Info Tag is sensitive, and I promise to maintain the security of your medical information to the best of my ability and technology. When you submit your information, it is stored on a password protected server, and then removed to my private system. Once your tag is processed, all medical and contact information is deleted from my system.

I will only retain your name, address, and e-mail address for my own internal use, to provide notification of new products, future web site updates, and specials. Any mailing (electronic or otherwise) will contain information about removing your name from future mailings. I will not sell, lend, rent, or give your information to any other company, and I promise to use it sparingly.
